The Rubicon Community Fund was created to further advance the historical philanthropic efforts of Rubicon Investments Corporation. Working directly with the Oregon Department of Human Services, children and youth are identified within the system that have a want and a need. That information is communicated back to RCF in a confidential, non-identifying manner, allowing RCF volunteers to acquire a specific gift to fulfill both a want and need for each child during the holiday season.
