Jason Hurley Braswell
President/Executive Director
Jason is the President and Executive Director for Rubicon Community Fund. He works closely with the board of directors to execute the Rubicon Community Fund’s mission, as well as leading the volunteers.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Troy University, and an MBA from Western Governors University. Prior to joining Rubicon Community Fund, Jason worked in the telecommunications and healthcare industries.

Georgia Bunn
Chair of the Board of Directors
Georgia chairs Rubicon’s Board of Directors. She coalesces the input of the ownership group, Rubicon’s independent directors, and management into a unified vision for the company, providing insight through her years of experience to the executive team as they implement the company’s strategic initiatives.
Georgia has previously served as the Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of Lebanon and served as a director and Finance Committee Chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis. Georgia holds a BA in Political Science from Willamette University, an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, and certificates in Governing Family Enterprises, Family Enterprise Boards, and Finance for Non-Financial Executives from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Daniel Bunn
Director
Daniel is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has more than 15 years of experience with Rubicon having previously served as the company’s Vice-President in charge of finance and real estate contracting. In his current role, he oversees the growth and development of the company, including the alignment of complex financial strategies with the needs of our tenants and communities.
Daniel currently chairs the budget committees for the City of Medford and the Medford Urban Renewal Agency and is a member of the Medford Board of Water Commissioners, a public utility serving 130,000 residents. Previously, he has served as a member of the Medford Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation Commission, and as an elected member of the City Council. He is currently a director for ACCESS, Southern Oregon’s Community Action Agency, a federally chartered 501(c)(3). Daniel holds a BA in Economics and Political Science and an MBA from Pepperdine University, a postgraduate diploma in financial strategy from University of Oxford’s Saïd School of Business, and certificates in Governing Family Enterprises and Family Enterprise Boards from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University

Justin Hurley Braswell
Director
Justin is principally in charge of Rubicon’s real property development and portfolio management. He joined Rubicon with more than twenty years’ executive-level experience managing healthcare, government office, and general commercial office construction, with an annual budget of more than $100 Million and a portfolio value of more than $1 Billion. During his career, Justin has developed a team-focused, modified CMGC process that has received widespread recognition for its ability to reduce change orders, construction costs, and timelines, as well as exceed expectations from tenants and communities through transparent communication and engagement.
Justin is a past recipient of the Better Bricks Award for Oregon and SW Washington as well as being named one of the top 100 real estate leaders to watch by the Urban Land Institute. Additionally, he is a LEED accredited professional for building design and construction, and currently serves as the Board Treasurer of Rogue Valley Clean Cities Coalition, designated by the U.S. Department of Energy, and as a member of the Rogue Valley Area Commission on Transportation. He has also served for eight years as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Central Point and was appointed to the Governor’s Task Force on Sustainable School Facilities for the State of Oregon. He holds a BS in Innovation and Leadership from Southern Oregon University, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a certificate in Governing Family Enterprises from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Shannon Ryan
Director
Shannon is a member of the State of Oregon’s Department of Administrative Services’ (“DAS”) executive team and is the Administrator of its Enterprise Asset Management division. Aside from DAS’ statewide sustainability and vehicular fleet divisions as well as its statewide capital planning function, Shannon is principally in charge of management of the State of Oregon’s real property portfolios, both owned and leasehold interests, with an annual operating budget of $56 million, a capital budget of $700 million, and a portfolio valuation more than $2 billion. She joined public service in 2011, bringing with her over a decade of experience from the Portland, boutique, commercial real estate development market space.
During her time in public service Shannon has strived to infuse agility and industry best practices into the government’s approach to business and specifically real estate. By conscientiously and judiciously leveraging its buying power, cultivating relationships within the industry, and modernizing state business practices, the State of Oregon realized over $60 million in leasehold interest cost avoidance over the last decade. Shannon’s work is, and has been, dedicated to best position the State of Oregon to be a relevant and trusted partner to private-sector stakeholders while serving Oregon taxpayers through dedicated stewardship.
Shannon is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Chief Administrative Officers (” NASCA”). She is a past recipient for the NASCA’s Distinguished Deputy award and holds a BS from the University of Portland.

Elizabeth Bunn
Secretary
Elizabeth is the Board Secretary for Rubicon Community Fund as well as the Corporate Secretary for Rubicon Investments Corporation. She is responsible for maintaining the organization’s documents and overseeing compliance.
Elizabeth is a past Chair of the Medford General Fund Grants Subcommittee, the past Vice-Chair of the Medford Arts Commission, and past board member of the Craterian Theater at the Collier Center for the Performing Arts and the Medford Parks and Recreation Foundation. She holds a BA in Art History from St. Olaf College, an MBA from Southern Oregon University, and certificates in Governing Family Enterprises and Family Enterprise Boards from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
